Your issue is US Federal income tax. Are you a US citizen? Then all of your worldwide income is subject to US taxes and you need to file Form 1040. If you are a non US Citizen and this income is deemed to come from the US, then you have to pay US income taxes on it, but not on any foreign income. File Form 1040NR.
