Would I have to pay my income tax in the United Kingdom or in Florida, US?

I lived in a United Kingdom, though we work online as well as my work is in situated in Florida as well as we have a bank comment non-stop in Florida, US. Where would my taxation be claimed? In a United Kingdom since we live there or Florida since my work is situated there?

I know there is no income taxation in Florida which is because we am asking.

Florida does not have an income tax. Your issue is US Federal income tax.

Are you a US citizen? Then all of your worldwide income is subject to US taxes and you need to file Form 1040.

If you are a non US Citizen and this income is deemed to come from the US, then you have to pay US income taxes on it, but not on any foreign income. File Form 1040NR.

Ask this question in the UK tax area as well for information on UK taxes.

As for the law you should pay to the country in which you work but if Florida does not have income tax then you should not pay income tax as you are working for Florida company although living in UK

By the way, Florida doesn’t have a STATE income tax, but since it’s part of the US, is still subject to FEDERAL income tax.
