We live in the US as well as my beloved customarily likes to eat sausage and/or bacon, eggs as well as toast for breakfast. He wants to swtich to the healthier diet (less fat, reduction calories, improved upon heart) though has pushed behind upon the thought of egg substitutes as well as turkey bacon before. we wish to have him the full of health breakfast which is allied in ambience to his usual. What is the healthy, good tasting turkey bacon ( and/or sausage) as well as egg surrogate brands we can use?

I use oscar mayer turkey bacon (it’s also the easiest to find in my area), as far as turkey sausage, I get the store brand that’s made in the Italian style. The extra seasonings really taste great.
If I have to use egg substitute, I find that the Kirkland brand from Costco tastes most like real egg. If I can’t get that then I put two eggs in the blender with a half inch slice of extra soft tofu and scramble like normal or make an omelette…they taste like eggs but there’s less fat and cholesterol.

Switch to Whole grain cereal with non-fat milk and skip the sausages.

My boyfriend is the same. I don’t eat red meat or pork so we usually have a problem. I find that the butterball or Oscar Mayer turkey bacon is the best. the Jenni-o tastes like bacon flavored Styrofoam. as for turkey sausage anything works. They are all flavored really nice. I know there are frozen turkey breakfast links that are pretty good. as for egg substitute I would just buy organic eggs. taste good and good for you. Hope this helps. I just started making all your typical red meat stuff with turkey or chicken and my boyfriend doesn’t care anymore. he loves it. I got him hooked on turkey burgers now… he says mine are better than any red meat one he has ever had. (he still gets beef ones when we eat out). Hope this helps Good Luck!
