I loved Vienna, Salzburg, and the tyrol, OMG the tyrol is absolutely beautiful, green, tall mountains and these lakes and rivers thta come from the mountains, my mouth was agape riding through the tyrol, its truely breath taking, and I would HIGHLY suggest visiting the tyrol…. you won’t regret it!

Salzburg is gorgeous, and Vienna is also very beautiful.
German is the language generally spoken, but anyone working in the tourist industry will speak some English and possibly another language as well.
Austrians are generally quite friendly.
